At Naomi Bates Nutrition & Wellness, we strive to create a safe, welcoming space for all participants. To ensure fairness and smooth organisation, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings for our women’s circles and sound bath sessions:

1. Cancellations by Participants:

   • Up to 48 hours before the session: Full refund or option to transfer your booking to a future session (subject to availability).

   • Less than 48 hours before the session: No refunds or transfers will be provided. This is to ensure fairness to other participants and account for time and resources allocated to the event.

2. Cancellations by Naomi Bates Nutrition & Wellness:

   • In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be notified as soon as possible. You will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer your booking to a future session of your choice.

3. No-Shows:

   • Unfortunately, no refunds or transfers will be offered if you do not attend a session without prior notice.

4. Emergency Exceptions:

   • We understand that unexpected emergencies can arise. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

5. Late Arrivals:

   • To maintain the integrity and flow of the session, late arrivals may not be admitted, and no refund will be issued. Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early.
